Weekly hour-long video delivered by Shirzad Chamine provides you with a deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.
The Semper Kaizen team will partner with you to establish a weekly time for support and accountability, as well as to share, learn, ask questions, and practice your new muscles. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
